When you interact with our Service via WhatsApp or access our web dashboard, we automatically receive certain technical and interaction data. This includes standard server log information, timestamp data for your interactions, and web-based cookies if you access our administrative or user portals.

We value your privacy and intentionally limit our data access. Importantly, we do not request, access, or collect the following:

• Personal SMS Messages: We do not ask for SMS reading permissions and cannot read your personal or bank SMS messages.
• Device Storage & Media: We do not access your phone's photo gallery, internal storage, or local files unless explicitly uploaded by you.
• GPS Location: We do not track or store your precise geographical location.
• Installed Applications: We do not monitor or access the inventory of other applications installed on your mobile device.
• Unauthorized Mass Contact Import: We do not automatically or secretly mass-import your phone's contact directory. We only store the specific contacts you manually involve in your transactions, or those you explicitly authorize us to import via optional features like Google Contacts integration.

The information we collect is used extensively to operate our platform, ensure system integrity, and provide a seamless financial management experience. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Establish, maintain, and authenticate your account on the Service.
• Process, log, and display the transactional ledger entries you instruct us to record.
• Facilitate communication between you and your involved contacts regarding pending approvals or transaction deletions via WhatsApp templates.
• Diagnose technical issues, analyze usage trends, and improve the overall functionality of the Service.
• Prevent, detect, and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities, including fraud or terms violations.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your financial records. Your data is not arbitrarily disclosed. We may share information under the following limited circumstances:

• Inter-User Visibility: Transaction details are only visible to the specific users involved in that exact transaction. We do not share your broader ledger or spending habits with other users on the platform without your explicit action.

The Stealth Vault: To provide you with superior on-device privacy, Hisaab Kitaab by Synbuzz incorporates a unique "Stealth Vault" feature. If enabled, your financial data and app interactions are locked behind a personalized PIN/Key. This ensures that even if an unauthorized individual gains physical access to your unlocked mobile device and opens your WhatsApp, they cannot view your financial ledgers without the cryptographic key.

We retain your personal and transactional information as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you the Service. Upon your request to delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active databases, subject to our legal obligations to retain specific records (e.g., for accounting or anti-fraud purposes) for defined statutory periods.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may possess specific rights regarding your personal data. Generally, as a user of Hisaab Kitaab by Synbuzz, you have the right to:

Hisaab Kitaab by Synbuzz offers the ability to import contacts directly from your Google account to streamline ledger creation. If you choose to use this feature, our application will request access to your Google Contacts.

Hisaab Kitaab by Synbuzz's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the names and phone numbers of the contacts you choose to import, and this data is strictly used to populate your Hisaab Kitaab ledgers. We do not sell, share, or use this Google API data for serving advertisements.
